Put a spring in your step with SOCIAL DANCE! Join Minneapolis-based Heart of Dance for a 10-week, 20-lesson series of Dance for Life, a mental and physical wellness program that weaves together music, story sharing, and partner dance to focus on four key areas:
- Building physical strength and stamina
- Improving balance and flexibility
- Expanding social connections
- Increasing cognitive focus and reducing stress
Participants will be introduced to Swing, Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango and more! A partner is helpful but not necessary for this class.
